I’m one of those guys who are less productive in the noon or morning, but get an instant boost as soon as it’s past 10pm. After I finish my work I try to go to sleep. But what often happens is that it is harder to fall asleep when you have been sitting in front of your screen for a couple of hours. Especially the brightness and the artificial light from the screen can screw up your sleep entirely.

I was looking for a solution and I found f.lux. A little piece of software that adapts the colors and brightness to the daytime and your sleep rhythm.

And after I have used it for eight weeks now I have a good feeling when recommending it for all the night owls out there.
